The Vision Projects

BAF's Co-Founder, Eric IRADUKUNDA and Co-Founder, Jean Eric BIZIMANA have been planning the future programs to benefit the local communities to grow education, practical job skills, mission houses, and as a faith based organization they have incorporated using art, music, and culture bringing Jesus Christ missions to the valley.

Bright Hills Academy

This is an exciting school project which will serve the community of Mubumbano and Cyiri Village. It will start with Nursery or Kindergarten and, in the future, will add Primary up to Secondary levels.

The budget total cost is estimated $18,000 USD

Location is Cyiri Village, Huye District

The amount is for the first phase, which will be nursery/kindergarten, and we can add more classes in the future so that the kids can keep studying within our school.

Bright Trade Skills Center (BTSC)

This is a trade skills training center where people from the community will come to learn different skills such as: sewing, plumbing, welding, computer courses, electrical installation, hair dressing, agriculture, filming and editing, and others based on the current market.

Budget total cost is estimated $30,000 USD

Location is BAF place, Huye District

This is a total amount for construction and buying the equipment to get the skills center running. The current need today is $1500 to purchase 10 sewing machines to start the sewing school.

BAF Dream Center

The Bright Africa Foundation's Dream Center is a plan for multiple buildings to include BAF offices, staff living quarters, multiple education buildings, and a business center including professional offices to host business meetings/conferences and kids camps, with additional land for a parking lot and a future park, and booth place.

Budget total cost estimated $150,000 USD

Location is in the Cyiri Village, Huye District

This construction is for an additional 4 main buildings, that will be an addition to the first education building for Bright Hills Academy and the Bright Trade Skills Center.

Upendo Children's Choir (UCC)

UCC is a faith based choir that has been carrying out practice since January 2024, They learn worship and praise songs, and some dance moves. Our dream is to train the children so that we may develop their talents and raise hope through art, music, and culture. The kids will travel around the country and some other parts of the United States and Canada to spread the gospel and wonderful news of the Kingdom of Heaven.

Budget total cost estimated $55,000 USD

Location is in the Cyiri Village, Huye District

They will train in Huye, but we need a hired professional vocalist and funds raised for group travel airline tickets and the process of paperwork so the children can tour.

BAF Park

As a result of lack of a place to play for children where they can express their talents and get to thrive in their life, we dream to build a a huge place which would accommodate different games for the community like soccer and basketball.

Budget total cost estimated $35,000 USD

Location is BAF place, Huye District

Building a soccer field, a basketball court and a location for benches where people can sit and watch the games, but also relax and enjoy the space. Including all the sports gear.

Booth Rental Spaces

This is a place where the different graduates from our training center can come to start working and be able to earn money. At first they will not be charged much rent but slowly increased as they earn more profits. This is to ensure they are using the skills they learned. It's a space we plan to build in Huye to encompass sewing machines for product making and clothing tailoring, and other rental spaces to sell fruits, groceries, and goods from our communities.

Location is downtown Huye District

This commercial building with studios, shops, and a market will begin co-op programs to help sustain the families through the skills they have learned from BAF programs and are able to put them to work providing a living.
